Managing your referral
If a member of our team at Millbrook Medical Centre refers you to the hospital, they may use a system called “Gateway”. This connects to the NHS e-Referral system.
When you’re referred, you might get to choose where you want to go for your appointment. You can pick from different hospitals near you. You can do this using the NHS App or by calling the number on the letter sent to you through text message, email, or mail.
If you need to, you can also change or cancel your appointment using the NHS App.
