Weight Management

The weight management service in Knowsley is available to anyone aged 16+. Visit their website for more information on how to self-refer to the service.

Drug & Alcohol

You can self-refer to CGL for help with Drug or Alcohol issues. Their website has lots of useful information as well as a “Referral” section which can be completed for yourself or someone else.

Sexual Health

Free NHS contraception and sexual health services are available via Axess. Visit their website to view the services offered.

Appointments can be arranged either online or by ringing on 0300 323 1300.

Pregnancy Booking

If you are newly pregnant, you will need to register your pregnancy with a hospital, so that they can allocate you to a local Midwife.

You can do this by contacting the hospital either online or by ringing on 0151 702 4328 (Liverpool Womens) 01695 656924 (Southport & Ormskirk).

If you are considering getting pregnant, it is recommended that you take folic acid during pregnancy.
