Self Health Kiosk

We now have a Self Health Kiosk at Bewley Drive. Any registered patient is free to use this, no appointment required. We ask that any patient using this please notifies the front desk, in the event you require assistance using the equipment.

Simply choose the appropriate questionnaire if you have been asked by a member of staff to use the equipment, or if you would like to make use of it yourself, there is a “General Health Check” option.

The equipment can record your height, weight, blood pressure & pulse, as well as ask you various lifestyle questions, all of which will be automatically uploaded to your medical record!

You will also be given a copy of your blood pressure readings and in the instance of an inconclusive high reading, you will be notified to attend the front desk for the Receptionist to make the necessary follow up appointment.
